Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange or return an item within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
A return is possible if you keep the proof of purchase and the item remains in its original condition, including all seals, tags, labels, and consumer properties.
If you need to exchange the size, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp.
For a faster refund, we recommend sending your return request in advance to online@selfmade.ru or via WhatsApp.
Return by Courier Service
- Fill out the return form and place it inside the parcel. Returns without a return form will not be accepted, and we will not be able to process a refund.
- Make sure all tags and labels are attached, pack the parcel securely, and send it via any courier service convenient for you to the following address:

Recipient: LLC “Fast Fashion” - After shipping the parcel, please email us at online@selfmade.ru or contact us via WhatsApp and provide your order number, tracking number, delivery service, full name, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Please use the subject line: Return.
- After we receive the parcel, you will be notified that we have checked and accepted it, and we will process the refund within 10 days.
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Please make sure the parcel is delivered to the door so we can receive it properly.
You may return an item within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that its original condition is preserved.

Returns for Orders Paid via Installment Services
You may return your purchase via courier service with delivery to the warehouse.
You may return the whole order or part of it. The refund will be issued to the card specified on the installment service page and may take from several days up to two weeks.
The exact timing depends on the issuing bank and payment system.
Refunds
Please note that refunds are made only to the same bank card used to pay for the purchase.

Refund of Delivery Charges
As a general rule, we refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping cost.
Exceptions include defective items or incorrectly shipped items.
